Presenting Shiksha scholarships from Rotary club of Cochin. Scholarships for students who have found their purpose through education to make a difference for themselves and their families. Students from families that go all out to educate their children but fall short of the required finances to do so.
Our building blocks are built around the 3E concept. Enablement through job-oriented education; Enhancement of self through mentoring and personality development and Empowerment through handholding and support for placement in jobs
Shiksha scholarships offer 80% funding of the total tuition fees for the full program. Shiksha scholars are offered further assistance in the form of course materials and other essentials required for the fulfilment of their courses. know moreStudents who meet the three necessary conditions stated here are eligible to apply for Shiksha scholarships. 1) Economic criteria – students from economically backward families - preference for BPL families; 2) Qualifications - students who have passed their class 12 examinations with 60% marks and 3) Admissions - students who are aspiring admission for any job-oriented courses as listed here and/or acceptable to Rotary club of Cochin.
